Nigel Willgrass, Director

Nigel has had a successful career within the financial services sector, having previously worked at Hedley Willgrass Life & Pensions and IFG Life & Pensions before working in Dubai as a financial consultant at Mascot Capital Investments. In 2007 Nigel joined Investment and Pension Management as a financial adviser and became managing director of the firm in 2009. Following his firms invitation to join the prestigious St. James’s Place Wealth Management in 2012, Nigel has become a director of Willgrass Cornish Wealth Management.

Having been a financial adviser for over 20 years, Nigel has gained exceptional knowledge and experience within the financial services sector which enables him to provide both private and corporate clients with expert and professional advice on a wide range of wealth management products.

Nigel has been awarded Level 4 Diploma for Financial Advisers from the IFS School of Finance, and is committed to providing a personal and bespoke service tailored to the specific needs of his clients. His role within Willgrass Cornish Wealth Management is to provide expert advice in:

In his spare time Nigel enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.

Ricky Cornish, Director

In 1991 Ricky started his career in the financial services industry following a professional football career playing for Bristol City and Cambridge United.

Ricky has had a successful career within the financial services industry, having previously worked for Sun Life Financial of Canada, IFG Life and Pensions Limited, the Beckett Group and Abbey National, before joining Investment and Pension Management in 2004 where he became a director in 2006. Following an invitation to join the prestigious St. James’s Place Wealth Management in 2012, Ricky became a director of Willgrass Cornish Wealth Management.

Ricky has been awarded Level 4 Diploma for Financial Advisers from the IFS School of Finance and specialises in providing pension planning advice to both private and corporate clients. Having been in the financial industry for over 20 years, Ricky has gained extensive knowledge and experience in retirement planning and post retirement advice, and is committed to providing a bespoke personal service tailored to the specific needs of his clients.

In his spare time Ricky coaches football at the Norwich City Player Development Centre. He enjoys playing football and golf, and enjoys spending time with his family.



Emily Willgrass, Financial Adviser

Whilst at university, Emily worked part time at Investment & Pension Management, before being offered a full time position in July 2011 where she provided research and technical support within the practice.

Since graduating from the University of East Anglia with First Class Honours, Emily has been awarded Level 4 Diploma for Financial Advisers from the IFS School of Finance.

Emily joined the prestigious St. James’s Place Wealth Management in 2012 where she became a financial adviser of Willgrass Cornish Wealth Management.

Emily is committed to providing both private and corporate clients with expert advice on a wide range of wealth management products, and provides a personal and bespoke service that is tailored to the specific needs of her clients.

Emily is a keen golfer with a handicap of 6. In her spare time she enjoys playing golf and spending time with her family.

Ben Willgrass B.Sc (Hons) Chartered Associate with LIBF, Financial Adviser

Ben joined the team in 2014 initially as a trainee adviser whilst attending the St. James’s Place Next Generation Academy. He began advising early in 2015 after being awarded Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning from the CII.

Ben has continued with his studies and in 2016 he was awarded Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning from the CII, as well as becoming qualified to offer Mortgage Advice and, Advice around Later Life Planning.

Ben is committed to providing bespoke face-to-face advice to both private and corporate client’s .Including expert advice on a wide range of wealth management products which include:

  • Later Life Planning
  • Mortgages
In his spare time Ben enjoys playing golf and squash, and is a keen traveller.
